Jumpstart Wilmington’s inaugural Developer Network Event was held virtually on Thursday, December 10th.
Ken Weinstein, the founder of Jumpstart Germantown, and Josh Jones, a graduate of the Jumpstart Germantown program, joined us for a conversation about how the Jumpstart Program successfully builds local developer capacity and catalyzes small scale development.
