Assembling Your Project Financing with Robert Snowberger

Kickstart Sessions complement the Jumpstart Wilmington program and offer information around specific topics related to the development process.
Robert Snowberger, Developer/Owner at Ninth Street Development Company, will share information on the different sources of financing that can be used in a real estate development project. As the former VP of Development for Buccini/Pollin Group (BPG) and now owner of his own development company, he will utilize project exams to illustrate:
- How different financing options work, including traditional public and private loan programs and historic tax credits, Downtown Development District rebates, and other more specialized programs
- How they can come together to make projects feasible
