Kickstart Session: Unlocking the Delaware Historic Tax Credit Program

Federal and state historic tax credits can be used as a source of capital for historic preservation development projects. When considering this tax credit program, it is important to understand the eligibility criteria, rehabilitation requirements of a historic property, and how to complete the the tax credit application. Join us as Delaware’s State Historic Tax Credit Manager, Kara Briggs, explains the significant aspects of the program developers should be aware of if they are contemplating applying for these tax credits to capitalize a historic preservation project.
